I'm very pleased with how my spray has helped me relax and sleep, the difference is quite amazing!!
I just spray a small amount on my pillow and bedding before I get into bed, and then once I'm in, I just relax and go straight off to sleep!! No more wriggling around trying to get to sleep.

Great to have smaller versions of the spray to take when away from home

In the past I have had difficulty, actually getting off to sleep, so thought I would give it a try. A couple of sprays over the pillows and duvet closest to your face. Wonderful, settled down breathing the perfume and off to sleep. Then waking, pleased, that I had a good night sleep. I have decided to give my second spray to a friend and I will order again.
